FITNESS IS A lifestyle. I was overweight the majority of my life and I know what it feels like to want to see a change. Fitness has become one of my main priorities in life.  If you have a goal in mind, YOU tell me what that goal is and I WILL get you there. 


PT Training includes: Strength Training, Hypertrophy training, and a Tailored Meal Plan.


Monthly Training Rates:

60min. sessions 2x a week: $245


60min. sessions 3x a week: $340

60min. sessions 4x a week: $425
